商标注册 ：通过行政程序注册企业品牌，享有法律保护的商标专用权；

　　 Trademark registration : We will help enterprises register the trademark with relevant authorities through due administrative procedures to ensure that the proprietary trademark is under legal protection;

　　 商标续展 ：商标有效期限为十年，到期办理续展手续，延长有效期限；

　　 Valid term renewal : The normal valid term for the trademark registration is 10 years. A renewal formality will have to be completed at the expiry of the previous valid term.

　　 商标转让 ：商标所有权发生转移，转让双方必须办理转让手续；

　　 Transfer of trademark : When the ownership right to the trademark is changed, a transfer formality for the ownership right shall be completed between the parties concerned.

　　 商标许可合同备案 ：许可他人使用自己的商标，签订许可合同三个月内报商标局备案；

　　 Contact (permitting the use of trademark) on file : Within 3 months after signing the contract, permitting others to use the trademark, the signatory Party shall report and send the contract to the Trademark Bureau to be kept on file.
